Ninjathon Fundraisers
A brand new concept for 2021! Ninjathon fundraising events are school based incursions where children get to have a go at the largest range of inflatable obstacles and challenges in SA whilst raising money for their school for much needed resources.
At Epic we specialize in providing new, fun & safe inflatables. Having 10 years experience in the field we know what works and how to run a great day. We have coupled this with a sensational online fundraiser provider with a tried and tested system that works!
Our first campaign for an SA School has raised the highest amount ever for the school, who have taken part in the colour run style campaigns previously. With our system the school has ended up with significantly less costs and the highest net result with far less work required from the school.
With Ninjathon Fundraisers the kids can literally have 'the best day ever' without costing the school $1 out of pocket and to top it off, raise the most money possible for their school community or chosen charity.
Epic and our Fundraising partner are both genuine family run businesses where the parents are on their kids school fundraising committee and have come up with a far more down to earth and fun concept than those out there taking huge commissions and not even setting foot in the school grounds.
Some important key facts to consider:
-We will attend fundraising meetings free of charge and no obligation what so ever!
-The course costs are up to you! We can bring from 3 inflatables right up to the full 12 part course. We can even decide to add in more along the way if funds allow.
-The prize costs aren't fixed at 30% like color/slime runs!!! We let you decide what prizes are offered and we have a huge range of free prize ideas that work!
-We have some really creative prize concepts that truly work and keep the fun going all year round.
-We only ever book one event for a day and you have our sole focus and equipment availability!
-We provide full colour digital print signage with your school info on it! We come out to your school our self and put it up to promote the event and increase registrations and fundraising.
-We provide all artwork for Fb posts tailored to your campaign!
-At Epic we are one of a handful of operators approved to operate in schools in this capacity. We have all risk management plans, risk assessments, DCSI Clearances, permission notes, teacher info sheets and guide, full slideshow for the kids to watch prior to the day. We have covered every base.
-Our partners provide you with a custom built website and campaign. They have every possible guide available to assist you along the way and you get your own campaign manager who is there when you need them!
-We have a tonne of unique and custom built equipment on the way arriving at the end of 2021: this new equipment will allow for 4 more 'athon' concepts! Stay tuned we have some rippers lined up!
